I was really impressed with my stay at this hotel. The room was exactly what I expected - simple but comfortable, with good-sized beds and a clean, smallish bathroom. The service was top-notch, with very nice and helpful staff. The location was fantastic, right on Lake Chuzenji and close to all the main hiking trails. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a buffet offering plenty of Japanese and western options. Overall, a great value for money choice for a stay in this beautiful area.
